    Designing Lifelong Healthy Habits
    for Your Population

WaShiLa Health provides digital solutions to solve health challenges for medical institutions and corporations, based on behavioral change theories and public health insights. By combining health status visualization through dedicated applications and personalized advice based on accumulated data, we support users' proactive lifestyle improvements and long-term health maintenance.
    Mission

    Using Scientific Evidence to
    Enable
    Lifelong Healthy Habits

From Treatment to Daily Health Management

    Co-creating a New Standard

As the focus of healthcare shifts away from merely treating illnesses after they occur, the accumulation of daily lifestyle habits is becoming more critical than ever. However, relying solely on individual effort and motivation makes it difficult to sustain proper health management. Through digital solutions grounded in scientific evidence such as public health and behavioral change theories, we implement mechanisms for "personalized health management" that medical institutions and corporations can provide to their populations. Aiming for a future where everyone can enjoy a high-quality, healthy life, we continue to evolve as a sustainable health-building partner valuable to both organizations and individuals.
    Features

    3 Approaches to Solve Health
    Challenges
    for Organizations and
    Their Populations

    VISUALIZATION

    Visualizing Status to
    Prompt Spontaneous
    Awareness

We visualize daily records using simple graphs. By providing a system where users can objectively grasp their current health status, we support their realization of the value of behavioral change and boost their motivation.

    RELIABILITY

A Scientific Approach Based on Clinical Research from
    a Research Institution

Our solutions are based on insights and behavioral change theories cultivated at university research institutions. From lifestyle improvement support to specific health guidance, we empower medical institutions and companies to confidently provide health promotion backed by highly reliable evidence.

    SUPPORT

    Personalized Behavioral
    Support Designed for
    Continuation

Through our programs, we propose manageable action plans based on each individual's data. By combining daily reflections with concrete solutions, we generate small successful experiences like "I can do this," leading to long-term habituation.

    How It Works

    3 Steps to Guide
    User Behavioral Change

    Step1
    NOTICE

Through daily logging via applications, the user's meal and activity data are "visualized." An environment where they can timely grasp their current status naturally raises their health awareness (intention).

    Step2
    UNDERSTAND

Based on accumulated data, the system presents "manageable action plans" and "concrete advice" tailored to the user (provided features vary by solution). This clarifies what needs to be done and removes hesitation.

    Step3
    CHANGE

Putting proposed actions into practice and accumulating small successful experiences builds user confidence. Rather than ending with temporary interventions, drawing out daily behavioral changes achieves the establishment of lifelong healthy habits.

    Company History

    The story of WaShiLa begins
    with the inception of
    our core
    philosophy: "Wa-Shi-La"

Rooted in the principles of everyday health building—Connection (Wa), Ownership (Shi), and Collaboration (La)—the company was founded by placing the shared responsibility and resolve of our three founders, Waki, Shibata, and Lane (W, S, L), at the very heart of the brand.
Our corporate logo, designed at our founding, features an outer ring enclosing two intersecting curves called the "Duet Loop." The outer ring represents the secure platform for our users' data and care, while the inner curves illustrate the direct, collaborative relationship between the users and our support team.
